Matt Armstrong, Head of Referrals and Outreach

As Head of Outreach, I am responsible for overseeing and supporting all emergency provisions and operational demands across the service, including staffing, resource management, and the day-to-day delivery of high-quality services.

I lead strategic planning and service development to ensure our operations are efficient, safe, and responsive to the needs of the children and young people we support.

I have extensive experience working with individuals with challenging behaviours, mental health needs, and complex conditions, including learning difficulties, autism, and acquired brain injuries.

I am committed to creating a culture of continuous professional development, ensuring all staff and teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we work with.
